All fitness/strength coaching programs begin with a comprehensive movement analysis that we conduct online via video uploads or in-person for clients in Tokyo. I'll provide instructions and guidance to assist you in doing the assessment. Then we base your programming on the results of your movement assessment and your personal goals.
